MEDICAL PRACTITIONER
Reporting to the Senior Medical Officer, the position is responsible for patient evaluations and therapy in both the outpatient and inpatient areas, as well as assisting with theatre cases and escalation of appropriate situations to the Senior Medical Officer/Chief Medical Officer or Specialist on call as is appropriate.
Requirements
- Medical Officer
- Qualified Medical Doctor
- Registration with the BHPC
- Up-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation is an added advantage
- Ability to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
- 3 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty with exposure as doctor assistant in theatre
- Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer
- Senior Medical Officer

- Registration with the BHPC
- Up-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation
- Ability to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
- 6 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty, of which 2 must have been served at a medical officer level
- Reporting to the Hospital Manager
- Chief Medical Officer
- Qualified Medical Doctor
- Registration with the BHPC
- Up-to-date ATLS and ACLS accreditation
- Ability to perform emergency lifesaving procedures
- 6 years working in an Emergency unit or area of specialty, of which 2 must have been served at a senior medical officer level
