Role Overview

Manage and coordinate all activities within the mineral processing plant.

Ensure optimal performance, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise plant operations to meet production and quality targets.

Lead, train, and evaluate operators and technicians.
-
Monitor process parameters and optimize efficiency.
-
Coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
-
Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
-
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in mineral processing operations.

Strong knowledge of mineral processing techniques and equipment.

Leadership and team management skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
-
Valid Zambia driver’s license is an advantage.
