We are inviting applications for the following vacancies:

1. Financial Controller – 1 Position

Role Overview
The Financial Controller will manage all financial operations at MSUFINI, ensuring compliance with regulations, accuracy in reporting, and efficient use of resources. The role also involves leading the accounting team, overseeing investment planning, risk management, and contributing to the company’s long-term financial strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, or related).
CPA certification with valid registration.
Master’s degree (MBA Finance, Strategy, or related specialization).
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, Finance Director, or Investment Manager).
Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or fund management.
Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Expertise in financial modeling, M&A, capital structuring, and strategic planning.

2. Human Resources & Legal Director – 1 Position

Role Overview
This dual role covers HR leadership, legal advisory, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, and provide legal counsel to management. As company secretary, he/she will also support the board of directors and manage company records.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration & Law, or related; Master’s degree preferred.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a strong advantage.
10+ years of HR and Legal leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience in organizational change management and culture transformation.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy development.

3. Mechanical Engineer – 1 Position

Role Overview
The Mechanical Engineer will be part of the construction phase of the chlorine processing project. The role includes designing and supervising mechanical systems, developing detailed engineering designs, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Hands-on experience in industrial facility design and construction, preferably chemical plants.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent engineering tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols for hazardous materials.
