Main Purpose of the Job
As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of existing plumbing installations including solar water heaters. You will also carry out plumbing in new buildings as required ensuring that these comply with local rules and regulations. You will assist the team with other maintenance and repair work including general building work, carpentry, and other trades.
Main duties and responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

Prepare cost estimates for materials.

Keep accurate records of working time, description of work performed and materials used.
Education & Experience
-
BGCSE with Trade Test B in Plumbing
-
3 years of experience as a plumber
-
A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
