POWERTOOL MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN
-any tertiary course in basic electricity, electronics, mechanical repairs on pneumatic and electric tools and equipment 3-5 years’ experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and maintain various power tools
– Provide timely repairs for customer’s tools
– Provide customer service to customers on repair-related questions
– Follow safety guidelines specifically related to power tools
– Perform quality checks on repaired tools to ensure they are functioning properly
– Track tools and supplies used in the repairs
– Clean and lubricate tools when necessary
– Maintain paperwork for repair log
