PROJECT MANAGER
MAIN DUTY:
To ensure successful completion of projects within budget and set time frame.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop detailed project plans and schedules on MSP/Primavera software, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion.

Efficient resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials to meet the project objectives.

Prepare and manage project budget, ensuring cost control and that the project remains within financial constraints.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.

Ensure that all construction activities comply with the set quality standards and project specifications.

Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns.

Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Track project progress against milestones and take corrective actions as needed to stay on track.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financials, and any issues that may arise.

Ensure all project activities comply with all set statutory, contractual, and safety standards.

Execute any other morally reasonable assignments to meet the exigencies of service.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or any related field

Valid ERB Professional practising certificate

Valid Class B driver’s license
-
Preferably citizens of Botswana.
Experience:
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience, ten (10) years of which should be in roads construction works.
