NOTICE ON WRITTEN INTERVIEW RESULTS AND JOB PLACEMENTS

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) wishes to inform job applicants who attended interviews for various positions between September 5, 2024, and June 28, 2025, that the results of successful candidates are now available as listed in this announcement.

This list also includes some candidates who were previously in the recruitment database (kanzidata) for various job cadres and have now been offered placements following the availability of job opportunities.

Important Instructions for Successful Candidates:

Posting Letters:
All candidates who have passed the interviews and been assigned to job stations can access their posting letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section.

Download and Print:
Candidates are required to download and print their official posting letters from the portal and report to the assigned workplaces as instructed.

Reporting to Employers:
Upon reporting, selected candidates must carry original certificates from Form Four level and above for verification by the employer before receiving the official employment letter.

For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, please note that you were not selected in this round. However, do not be discouraged—you are encouraged to continue applying for future vacancies when they are advertised.
