Role Overview
Advent Construction Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across all construction projects. The successful candidate will conduct site inspections, monitor compliance with specifications, and implement solutions to maintain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials and works.

Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Identify and resolve quality issues during project execution.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.

Collaborate with project teams to implement quality improvement measures.

Support internal and external audits.

Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings.
Qualifications & Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Proven experience in construction quality control in Tanzania or East Africa.

Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to implement fixes independently.

Certification in quality control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is an advantage.

Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies.
