Job Role: Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Sell IT products and manage proposals, tenders, and key accounts.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships as the main point of contact.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely solution delivery.

Grow business within existing accounts and generate new leads.

Forecast sales, report on performance, and resolve client issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to expand opportunities and achieve targets.

Participate in training, development, and certifications.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience in selling IT solutions and managing client accounts.

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
