About the Role
Expert Consultancy is seeking a results-driven Hardware Sales Representative to cover Tanga, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, and Singida regions. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, expand market share, and provide tailored hardware solutions to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for hardware products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales execution and post-sale support.

Travel across assigned regions to visit customers and generate recurring sales.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and maintain detailed sales records.

Educate customers on product benefits and financial value.

Monitor industry competitors and align sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience as a field sales representative selling hardware products (B2B & B2C).

Customer service training is an added advantage.

Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.

Competitive, confident, and highly motivated.

Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
