About the Role
Intelligra Solution Ltd is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and guide our sales team in achieving targets and driving performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in Microsoft Excel, and experienced in supervising sales operations.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the sales team to achieve set targets.

Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

Use advanced Microsoft Excel tools (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) to track and monitor sales performance.

Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to team members.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience supervising a sales team.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Strong report writing and presentation abilities.

Comfortable working with numbers and performing detailed data analysis.
