Job Purpose
The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader to the DevOps delivery team, guiding them in adopting agile methodologies and driving delivery velocity. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, resolving impediments, monitoring progress, and aligning stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.
Main Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner in defining user stories, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations.

Track, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues as needed.

Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives.

Monitor delivery progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Optimize agile processes to enhance team performance and productivity.

Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and learning initiatives.

Coordinate with other delivery teams and partners to address dependencies and impediments.

Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, LSD, FDD).

Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and DevOps culture.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Understanding of business capabilities, user journeys, and digital services market trends.

Foundation in traditional project management practices is an advantage.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (mandatory).

1–3 years of relevant experience in agile delivery environments.

Proven experience in designing and delivering digital capabilities.

Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project (preferred).
