Minimum Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communication Management, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper implementation of sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories.

Attend to customer requirements at points of sale and for distributors.

Provide training and coaching to sales teams.

Review and analyze weekly sales performance of regions and distributors.

Promote adoption of channel promotional activities.

Coordinate monthly sales review sessions.

Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in the territory.

Contribute to business case development and planning.

Monitor brand campaign execution and regional compliance.
