Role Overview

The Thematic & Smart Interior Designer will conceptualize and execute thematic interiors that integrate smart technologies for modern residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This role combines creative vision, technical skills, and project management to deliver innovative, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop thematic interior concepts for various projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).

• Integrate smart technologies (IoT, automation, energy-efficient lighting) into interior designs.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

• Produce mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations.

• Research global trends in thematic and smart design.

• Oversee implementation and ensure designs meet client expectations and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience in thematic design projects (hospitality, retail, cultural spaces preferred).

• Knowledge of smart technologies and IoT integration in interior spaces.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.

• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.

• Strong project management and client presentation skills.
