Overview
Towerco of Africa Tanzania Limited is seeking a skilled Treasury Accountant to join its finance team in Dar es Salaam. The role is essential in managing cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risks to ensure liquidity and support strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor daily and monthly cash flow forecasts to maintain adequate liquidity.

Oversee the efficient management of company bank accounts.

Manage interest and debt analysis, preparing reports and insights as required.

Ensure full compliance with loan and debt covenants, maintaining zero defaults.

Verify and reconcile cash transactions, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

Ensure all treasury operations comply with company policies and Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations.
Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

CPA(T) or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in treasury operations and cash management within a reputable organization.

Strong understanding of internal controls.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
