This program is designed to develop young talents from various professions and academic backgrounds to apply, for future professionals through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in various departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a recent graduate (Class of 2025) from university of UDSM
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Graduates from various professions and academic backgrounds.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, or community activities.
