HUMAN RESOURCES

Main Purpose of the Job

To learn provision of a wide spectrum of Human Resources functions and support the department in tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration. Also, to gain hands-on experience and develop essential Human Resources knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management (BCom – HRM) or related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Honesty and courteousness
  • Output driven
  • People oriented
  • Ability to form working relationships with people
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to learn under pressure
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
  • Medically fit and have sober habits

Job Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting and hiring processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting in employee training and development programs
  • Dealing with applicants and conducting job interviews
  • Support the introduction of new staff to the work environment
  • Support in handling employees’ work-related issues
  • Assist in employee evaluation and processing of employees’ issues
  • Maintain a healthy communication system towards employees
  • Maintenance of accurate record keeping
  • Carry out other work-related duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
