Main Purpose of the Job
To learn provision of a wide spectrum of Human Resources functions and support the department in tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration. Also, to gain hands-on experience and develop essential Human Resources knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management (BCom – HRM) or related field
- Good communication skills
- Honesty and courteousness
- Output driven
- People oriented
- Ability to form working relationships with people
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to learn under pressure
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Medically fit and have sober habits
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and hiring processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting in employee training and development programs
- Dealing with applicants and conducting job interviews
- Support the introduction of new staff to the work environment
- Support in handling employees’ work-related issues
- Assist in employee evaluation and processing of employees’ issues
- Maintain a healthy communication system towards employees
- Maintenance of accurate record keeping
- Carry out other work-related duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
