Purpose: Lead operations and guest experience in a luxury fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-caliber hospitality team.

Monitor financial performance (P&L, budgets, revenue optimisation).

Candidate Profile:

Degree/diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management.

5+ years’ leadership in luxury fine dining, boutique hotels, or Michelin-rated establishments.

Strong knowledge of wine service, etiquette, and premium client management.

POS, reservation, and inventory software proficiency.

Polished communication and calm problem-solving skills.
