Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-caliber hospitality team.

  • Monitor financial performance (P&L, budgets, revenue optimisation).

  • Ensure compliance with global 5-star service standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree/diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management.

  • 5+ years’ leadership in luxury fine dining, boutique hotels, or Michelin-rated establishments.

  • Strong knowledge of wine service, etiquette, and premium client management.

  • POS, reservation, and inventory software proficiency.

  • Polished communication and calm problem-solving skills.
