Role Overview
The Admin/HR Assistant will provide support across administrative and human resource functions, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves HR duties, office administration, and tender tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Duties

Provide office and site-based HR support, including labor relations.

Maintain attendance logs, timesheets, and HR databases.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, and training coordination.

Support payroll, performance evaluations, and regulatory compliance (ZRA, NHIMA, NAPSA).

Liaise with subcontractors and manage contracts.

Address employee queries and assist with conflict resolution.
Administrative Duties
-
Tender tracking, compiling tender documents, and submission.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

Organize meetings, travel, and company events.

Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

Full Grade 12 certificate.

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Competence in report drafting and office management systems.
