As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a well-presented, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in the role of Receptionist & Research Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, direct inquiries appropriately, and maintain a polished telephone manner.
- Provide front office support, including document handling, filing, and general administration.
- Prepare basic documents such as client quotations, correspondence, research briefs, and internal reports.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records, calendars, and internal communications.
- Support consultants with online research, data entry, and scheduling.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
