Role Overview
Position: Art Initiative Program Procedure and Promotion Assistant
Purpose: Promote and manage student artwork, supporting both local and international visibility, sales, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee art promotion and visibility across three campuses.

Manage artwork orders, logistics, and maintain organised records.

Collaborate with Academic and Marketing teams on artist statements and promotional materials.
-
Ensure secure packaging, timely delivery, and upkeep of art displays.
-
Coordinate exhibitions, fairs, and fundraising events for student artwork.
-
Enforce art procedures and support student artwork growth.
-
Develop strategies to increase financial support via digital marketing and promotions.
-
Liaise with the Experience and Community Programs Senior Manager for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Business, or related field.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook.
-
At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or art promotion (local and international markets preferred).

Energetic, flexible, personable, reliable, and approachable.
-
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong time management and previous experience managing a small team is an advantage.
