ASSISTANT FITTER
Job Summary
Reporting to the Foreman Mechanical, the Assistant Fitter will be responsible for carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance including removing and fitting of various plant components to ensure optimal equipment availability.

Qualifications & Experience

Trade B Certificate in Mechanical Fitting.

Basic understanding of mechanical equipment testing and fitting aptitude.

At least 3 years post qualification experience preferably in an underground mining environment.

Class B Driver’s License.
