Business Administrative Intern
Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Intern to join the Innolead Academy for one year, which can possibly culminate to a permanent position for the successful candidate. As an Administrative Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our department and assisting in the organization’s day to day operations.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and coordination of training programmes and workshops.
* Help maintain accurate databases, registration lists, and follow-up communication with clients.
* Support marketing efforts including social media content creation, campaign rollouts, and promotions of training products.
* Participate in team brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Academy team on product development and improvement.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks like email correspondence, training schedules, and document preparation.
* Develop public speaking and presentation skills by supporting facilitation teams during sessions and events.
* Collaborate with other departments and team members on various projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a GPA of 4.0+
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
* Driver’s license is an added advantage
