1. Assistant Manager – Customer Service
Purpose: Lead and transform customer service across branches, digital platforms, and channels to ensure superior service delivery, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and refine client lists in coordination with stakeholders.
-
Manage a centralized contact center with IVR and toll-free services.
-
Enforce service standards and policies to ensure accountability.
-
Promote digital adoption and improve self-service channels.
-
Oversee complaint management and resolution systems.
-
Mentor front-office staff and roll out customer experience (CX) training programs.
-
Standardize communication, map customer journeys, and enhance in-branch service.
-
Deploy NPS and eNPS tools for feedback and service improvement.
-
Collaborate with branch managers to maintain uniform service standards.
-
Lead retention initiatives and reduce customer dormancy.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or experience transformation, preferably in banking.

Knowledge of digital banking, contact center operations, and banking products.
-
Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction metrics.

2. Relationship Officer – Business Banking
Purpose: Grow liabilities, maintain a quality portfolio, and drive income by engaging corporate and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop client acquisition strategies and increase product uptake.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide tailored financial solutions.
-
Support client lists and sales planning initiatives.
-
Adhere to due diligence, KYC, and internal policies.
-
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for deposits and disbursements.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
-
3 years’ experience in sales/client management in a financial institution.
-
Knowledge of business banking practices in Dar es Salaam.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-centric skills.

3. Relationship Officer – Personal Banking
Purpose: Advise clients, promote banking products, retain existing customers, and acquire new clients through targeted sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote liability products and current/savings accounts.

Generate leads through referrals, cold calls, and marketing campaigns.

Advise customers on suitable financial solutions.
-
Screen loan eligibility and prepare applications.
-
Conduct pre- and post-monitoring visits to clients.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for deposits and disbursements.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

3 years’ experience in sales and client management in banking.

Knowledge of personal banking sector, products, and regulations.

4. Relationship Manager – Trade Finance
Purpose: Grow and manage the trade finance portfolio to achieve targets for growth, income, and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, control, and mitigate trade finance risks.
-
Coordinate sales of trade finance products across branches.
-
Identify and pursue opportunities in government and private projects.
-
Manage relationships with new and existing clients.
-
Prepare internal/external reports and work plans.
-
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
-
3–5 years’ experience in trade operations (guarantees, import/export LCs).
-
Knowledge of trade finance, banking products, and regulations.
-
Strong selling, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
