Job Purpose

The Fiber Project Management Officer is responsible for managing fiber deployment projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. The role supports cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for fiber deployment initiatives.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with Axian Group standards and local telecom regulations.
Prepare executive summaries and strategic reports for leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Support vendor management and contract execution processes.
Facilitate lessons learned sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecom infrastructure or fiber deployment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong project management, analytical, and risk management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep technical and industry knowledge specific to telecom and fiber deployment.
