- Manage inventory, cost controls, and vendor relations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative menu ideas and promotions.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:
- Over 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
- Proven experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
