Job Purpose

The Head of Marketing, Products & Pricing will oversee brand strategy, product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization. The role will provide market intelligence, align strategies across departments, and foster external partnerships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive brand strategy, execute integrated campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Manage the full product lifecycle and oversee the development of Yas’s broadband portfolio.
Design competitive pricing strategies, monitor Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), manage churn, and optimize revenue streams.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for effective positioning and targeting.
Collaborate with internal departments and manage relationships with external partners to align strategies and initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience and Skills:

8–10 years of experience in telecom, tech, or ISP, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong strategic vision, commercial acumen, and analytical rigor.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
