About the Role
The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, employee morale, and operational efficiency. You will directly impact the housekeeping department’s performance and help achieve departmental goals while supporting budget and inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.

Supervise Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Public Area Attendants to ensure tasks meet expected standards.

Train employees on proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, ensuring preventive maintenance of machines.

Implement general cleaning programs for public areas and outlets under the housekeeping department.

Assist the Director and Assistant Housekeeping Managers with administrative operations and special projects.

Maintain high employee morale and ensure effective inter-departmental coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements

At least 6 months of housekeeping experience; prior supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.

Fluent in English with basic computer skills.

Ability to lead a team, maintain high standards, and adapt to a luxury hospitality environment.

Flexibility to work a 9-hour shift with an unpaid 1-hour break; schedules may vary.
