Job Purpose
The HR MIS and Rewards Manager will oversee HR information systems, analyze HR data to inform decision-making, and manage employee rewards programs to enhance organizational performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS).

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.

Oversee employee rewards, benefits, and recognition programs.

Support HR strategy by providing accurate and timely HR analytics reports.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree in HR Management or Business-related field is an advantage.

HR Analytics certifications are preferred.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics.
