Role Overview
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager is a key market-facing role responsible for planning, logistics, and business decision support. The IBP Manager ensures business plans are delivered effectively, risks and opportunities are identified early, and executive decision-making is supported with accurate data and actionable insights. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Logistics to drive value, efficiency, and alignment with Diageo standards.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Business Planning

Lead and facilitate monthly IBP cycles, weekly S&OE meetings, and all related reconciliation processes.

Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory planning, NSV, innovation, and cost-saving objectives are met.

Provide executive recommendations based on performance insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and gap-closing options.
Business Performance Management

Monitor top-line and bottom-line performance, ensuring alignment with business plans.

Conduct root-cause analysis and escalate exceptions as needed.

Support executive decision-making through actionable insights, visual reports, and scenario planning.
Collaboration & Leadership

Interface with senior leadership, including MD, Directors of Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.

Drive adoption of IBP processes, change management, and elimination of parallel workflows.

Influence executive agendas through reconciliation and alignment of key decisions.
Process Optimization & Digital Tools

Support continuous improvement using Diageo Playbook, business tools, and formal assessment methodologies.

Develop or support business intelligence reporting, dashboards, and visual presentations to guide executive decisions.

Champion digital adoption, planning tools, and BI analytics to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management or similar is desirable.

At least 5 years of practical IBP/S&OP/S&OE experience in multinational CPG/FMCG environments.

Proven experience in demand planning, business performance analytics, and executive business decision support.
