Job Vacancy – Inventory Controller (Kwikimarts)

Role Overview
The Inventory Controller will manage inventory for multiple Kwikimart stores in Lusaka, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting stock takes, and maintaining efficient inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory levels across stores.

Conduct regular stock takes and audits.

Ensure accurate reporting of stock discrepancies.

Support retail management in inventory planning.

Lead and supervise inventory teams, promoting best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail inventory management.

Proven exposure in retail stock auditing and chain store inventory control.

Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant programs.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Valid Driver’s License required.
