Job Summary
Ecobank Tanzania is seeking two experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations in Mwanza and Arusha. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, managing operational risks, and achieving financial targets at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance

Deliver on sales, revenue, deposits, risk assets, and efficiency ratios.

Prepare and manage approved branch budgets.

Control costs by reviewing both direct and indirect branch expenses.

Achieve the targeted cost/income ratio.
Relationship Management & Customer Service
-
Meet customer service standards and client satisfaction goals.
-
Retain high-value clients and increase their engagement with the bank.
People Management
-
Build and lead a high-performing branch team.
-
Implement performance development and coaching to enhance productivity.
Operations & Compliance
-
Ensure adherence to operational risk management standards.

Comply with KYC, branch layout, and all operating policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management and branch operations.
