Key Responsibilities

Channel Management

  • Manage direct sales channels for 5G & Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) devices.

  • Ensure recharge availability within assigned regions.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive device sales.

Sales & Distribution

  • Drive HBB (Home Broadband) distribution and achieve sales targets.

  • Ensure installation service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize regional sales performance.

Customer Management

  • Resolve customer complaints in coordination with stakeholders.

  • Conduct prospecting to identify and convert new clients.

  • Provide tailored product/service recommendations based on customer needs.

Trade Execution & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.

  • Monitor device acquisitions and activation compliance.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, motivate, and manage sales supervisors and direct sales teams.

  • Lead by example to inspire frontline staff.

  • Address employee feedback and maintain workplace engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in Corporate & SME markets.

  • At least 2 years’ telecom/device/corporate sales experience at middle management level.

  • Proven track record in meeting stretch sales targets.

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of telecom competition, products, and technology.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience under pressure.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and performance management skills.
