This role is perfect for candidates with extensive knowledge of Tanzania’s destinations, including Zanzibar and the Northern, Western, and Southern Circuits, and a strong commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Design personalized itineraries and provide accurate quotes for clients from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Respond to client and agent inquiries via phone and email, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain up-to-date client information, safari packages, and itinerary details, including last-minute changes.

Offer expert advice and planning for clients interested in Tanzanian destinations.

Work closely with reservations, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Promote sustainable tourism practices and provide exceptional customer service.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Tour Consultant in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of Tanzania’s wildlife, national parks, accommodations, and attractions.

Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences.
