Graduate Trainee – Accounts

Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional Development (added advantage): CPA(T)
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, willingness to learn
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries
• Participate in other assigned tasks and rotational training within the department
• Ensure financial practices are in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations (TRA, NSSF, WCF, etc.)
• Participate in cost tracking and expense control
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain up-to-date records of debts and payments

Graduate Trainee – Quality Assurance

Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related technical field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/attachment experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
• Basic knowledge of pressure vessel codes (ASME, TBS, etc.) is an added advantage
• Understanding of measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
• Familiarity with quality tools and techniques (e.g., 7QC tools, root cause analysis)
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
