Job Vacancy: Local Area Representatives (x10)
Company: National Breweries Plc – Zambia’s leading producer and distributor of Traditional African Beer.

Locations: Lusaka, Mansa, Kasama, Solwezi, Mkushi, Kabwe, Chipata, Mazabuka, Choma, Livingstone
Contract Type: 1 Year

Job Purpose
We are seeking 10 Local Area Representatives to support our sales operations across multiple regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring sales growth, distributor compliance, customer service, and brand visibility within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and communicate customer volume targets daily.

Ensure distributors maintain model stocks across all brands and packs.

Drive sales performance, ensuring pricing, availability, and visibility targets are met.

Conduct weekly calls/visits to all retail outlets in the area.

Deliver after-sales service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide timely feedback to management on customer concerns.

Respond promptly to customer queries and requests.

Ensure all trade documentation is available and up to date.
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 Certificate (Mandatory).

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 6 months work experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Team player, honest, and self-motivated.
-
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
-
Physically fit and of sober character.
