Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment in the running of companies and keeping the Management up to date on all developments.
- Ensure records of Minutes are well kept.
- Support in arranging board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Draft agenda and timetable for board and annual general meetings.
- Ensure all statutory declarations are duly filed.
- Ensure the register of directors and secretary is up to date.
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring timely dissemination of Board papers.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports/letters.
- Ensure timely statutory filings.
- Regular review of governance documents.
- Support the Company Secretary in preparation of board papers among other functions.
- Support in planning for training of new and existing directors on corporate governance, duties and responsibilities of directors etc.
- Support the Company Secretary advise the Board on legal, governance, accounting and tax matters.

Group Business Analyst
As a Senior Manager – Group Business Analyst, you will support the Group Chief Finance Officer in executing strategic and operational initiatives across the Group. This includes providing in-depth financial and business analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency, and supporting high-level stakeholder engagement. You will be expected to work closely with operating units’ MDs, senior staff, investor relations, legal teams, and other Group functions, driving actionable insights and supporting the execution of group-wide strategies

- Strategic Business Analysis: Support the CFO in conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation, cost rationalisation, and performance enhancement across Group operations.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop, evaluate, and maintain robust financial models, including valuation models, scenario analyses, and profitability assessments to support key business decisions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse financial performance of subsidiaries and Group entities, highlighting trends and insights to inform strategic planning and reporting.

- Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial modelling.
- Experience in due diligence, strategic planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Applications Systems Support Engineer
- This resource will provide both functional and technical expertise in critical areas, including payment systems (clearing, international money transfers, billers, etc.), branch operations, HO operations, credit systems, cash deposit machines, CRM systems, and business reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for Level 2 support, ensuring efficient ticket resolution across incidents, requests, and problem management.
- Beyond core technical support, this role will contribute to system availability and uptime, value-added service initiatives, project activities, training, and talent development.
