Operation Manager in hospitality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes effectively.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with operations software/tools is a plus.
  •   Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
