Job Summary:
DERM Group is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relations for construction projects. The role involves contract negotiation, cost control, supplier performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth material flow for all projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize value.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements.

Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of procurement experience; construction industry experience is a plus.

Knowledge of procurement practices, supplier evaluation, and contract management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
