PRODUCTION MANAGER Job Opportunity
A Switch-board manufacturing concern, poised for expansion and situated in Gaborone West, plot 22038, unit 8, requires the services of a well-rounded, self-motivated and hardworking Production Manager with intensive supervisory skills and ability to oversee the operational efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor quality control including the progress and order of which Boards are manufactured.

Design and operate AutoCAD, CNC Program, Radbend, Inventor, and laser cutting machine (cypcut) software.

Oversee and monitor the full manufacturing process.

Effect economic ordering techniques to avoid delays in production lines and monitor internal control through the workshop.

Train staff, schedule works, and attend to troubleshooting with no supervision. These are prerequisites.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications

At least 10 years of intensive hands-on expertise in electronics and mechanics related to the manufacturing of:

Electronic Control Panels

Lighting Panels
-
Electric Distribution Boards
-
Telephone Termination Electric Fedder Pillars

Electric Motor Control Panels
-
P/C Panels
-
Switch Gear Assembly
-
-
Certificates in electronics and mechanics.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
