RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking experienced and driven Restaurant Managers to join a dynamic hospitality group focused on people development, structured systems, and performance excellence.
This is a leadership role suited for candidates who think like business owners, are confident with numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full operational execution, team performance, and business results.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or Culinary Management
• Proven experience managing both front- and back-of-house operations
• Strong analytical ability with experience in:
o Cost of sales and gross profit control
o Inventory and waste management
o Sales analysis and business reporting
• Ability to take full ownership and accountability for restaurant performance
• High standard of discipline, organisation, and team leadership
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Meet)
• Comfortable using cloud-based systems for scheduling, stock, task and performance management
• Experience with Pilot POS and Back Office software is a strong advantage
