Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our Edge Team on a commission-only basis. The Sales Agents will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital skills training programs to potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others enhance their digital capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels

Present and demonstrate the value of InnoLead Consulting’s digital skills training programs to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and address client concerns.

Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital skills training.

Provide feedback to the team regarding market trends, customer needs, and product improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or consulting industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on businesses.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

A strong network of potential clients is a plus.
