Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our Edge Team on a commission-only basis. The Sales Agents will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital skills training programs to potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others enhance their digital capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels

  • Present and demonstrate the value of InnoLead Consulting’s digital skills training programs to prospective clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and address client concerns.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital skills training.

  • Provide feedback to the team regarding market trends, customer needs, and product improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or consulting industry.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their impact on businesses.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • A strong network of potential clients is a plus.
