Job Purpose

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers to drive business growth through technical sales and client relationship management. The Sales Engineers will identify opportunities, promote our engineering and plant hire services, and provide technical support to ensure successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering projects and plant hire services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase SAEA’s products and services.
Collaborate with tendering and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Provide after-sales support and follow up on client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or project acquisition within the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of engineering solutions with ability to communicate technical concepts to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business engagements.
