TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Building, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors

The Technical Director shall perform the following functions:

Undertake feasibility studies of technical proposals relating to Building Services. Investigate and recommend energy saving measures for offices and factories with high energy demands.
Implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) for new monitoring control systems comprising:

• Project risk management
• Project schedule and resource management
• Project stakeholder management
• Earned-value methods
• Monitoring of energy intensive enterprises to minimize carbon footprints.

Technical development and training of local staff, Facilitate continuous energy management interventions systems for new and existing buildings, Facilitate Energy Audits, energy management control systems design, application software assessment, system planning and implementation, system monitoring and evaluation, Conducting site visits and preparing reports on proposed methods for implementation, In order to be shortlisted, the incumbent must have the following attributes: Professional Engineer with traceable experience in Energy related Enterprises. Management competency (MBA Level preferred) with the ability to create business models from technical details. Extensive experience in industrial and building projects, Project Management Professional Certification is key requirement for built environment and industrial allied services. ERB Registration is mandatory. The candidate must have extensive knowledge
and experience in various highly technical field as relating to building facilities. Energy Management and electro-mechanical projects.
