TEMPORARY SALES PROMOTER

We are hiring confident, self-driven Sales Promoters to help expand our market reach within key communities surrounding our store. This role focuses on promoting our full range of branded food products directly in residential, office, and public spaces — with a clear, high-impact earning structure.
This is a commission-only role on a 3-month contract, ideal for high-energy individuals who take initiative and want to earn based on results.

Key Details:

•⁠ ⁠Contract: Fixed 3-month term
•⁠ ⁠Commission: Between 2% and 6% of total monthly sales generated
•⁠ ⁠Earning Potential: Current team members in similar roles earn between P5,800 and P18,000 per month, depending on performance
•⁠ ⁠Territory: Within 3 km, 5 km, and 8–10 km radius of store
•⁠ ⁠Focus: Promote and sell branded food products directly in the community
•⁠ ⁠Structure: Daily outreach + weekly performance tracking

We Are Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Strong communicators who can confidently speak to customers face-to-face
•⁠ ⁠Individuals with a history of working in promotions, FMCG, or community sales
•⁠ ⁠Sales-driven people who are willing to walk, visit workplaces, approach events, and generate new leads
•⁠ ⁠Self-managed team players who can follow up on orders and close repeat business
•⁠ ⁠Applicants with a smartphone and WhatsApp (essential)
