About the Role

DP World is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Officer to support day-to-day operations in employee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration. This role ensures employee inquiries are promptly addressed while maintaining accurate HR records and compliance with internal policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Collect data for all new joiners.

  • Assist in daily management of compensation and benefits programs.

  • Maintain employee records related to salaries, bonuses, and benefits.

  • Support HRIS data entry and updates.

Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Prepare basic reports on payroll, benefits utilization, and overtime costs.

  • Track and update employee benefits enrollment and claims.

Employee Relations & Support:

  • Address employee inquiries on salaries, benefits, leave entitlements, and deductions.

  • Guide new hires on compensation packages during onboarding.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate HR channels.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate salary disbursement.

  • Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.

HR Administration & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain employee records including attendance, contracts, and personal information.

  • Prepare reports for senior management while ensuring data confidentiality.

Compliance Assistance & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies.

  • Support audits and suggest improvements to compensation and benefits processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation, payroll, or HR administration.

  • Proficiency in payroll and financial systems.

  • Knowledge of labour relations procedures and reporting.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees and HR team members.
